Where region is every sample from?
Many of these are supposed to be Gauls, right? Not all though, depending on the region.

Yes, many of them are; they come from Picardy from Alsace & Languedoc Roussillon, so all Gaulish. https://www.inrap.fr/ancestra-10433
These are samples of local Gaulish if you prefer, with local genetics.

We can safely assume that those SW French ans Iberia shifted are from Roussilon. I will be surprised if not.
The same for Belgian and German shifted, will be from Alsace and Picardy.
So nothing changed since Iron Age.
