Is it possible that some of your ancestry don't show in the autosomal?

Think of a guy who's 1/4 Russian, 3/4 Georgian and Russian facial traits shown in his phenotype. But the Russian part doesn't show in his autosoaml results and plots like fully Georgian. is it possible?
