So that jaw and nose are not common at all in Italy (very rare). She has some CM unreduced (faelid?) that in Italy is not typical. I would say German/Austrian/swiss, polish still possible...

Aren't her nose and jaw somewhat atypical for a typical Mediterranid? I think her pigmentation is more Italian, but her features lean more Polish. My answer is based on my observations of Italians and Poles, including those posted on this site.
