G2A is originally from the Caucasus, yes. It does not mean you are Georgian specifically, as it is decently common among Iranians (10-15%), Azeris (15%), Turkey (10%) as well as Jews, Armenians etc. It is a North West Asian haplo

not necessarily of origin but of Caucasian descent finally. more precisely of a Caucasian people (Abhzakia, Georgian, Adygei)

I mean, even that could not be the case. G definitely originated from the Georgia area, which is why it is at its peak there at 35%, but it has spread from many years ago. G had already spread through Anatolia to the balkan area and through Iran to India by 8000 BC

I believe G2a originated in the Fertile Crescent and G2a men later on ventured to the Caucasus. Well, that's what I read to be the most likely hypothesis at least.

Hmm its possible but I still think it is originally a Northern West Asia specifically a Mountain haplogroup (it is most common along mountains of Taurus in Turkey, Caucasus mountains and Elburz mountains in Iran). But since many people have moved through the fertile crescent it is still possible

My true haplogroup is G2a3b1i or G-L140 does it change anything or not?

Indo-European branches of G2a
Contrarily to other branches of G2a, which are more prevalent in mountainous areas, some subclades of G2a-L140 are found uniformly throughout Europe, even in Scandinavia and Russia, where Neolithic farmers had only a minor impact. More importantly, G2a-L140 and its subclades are also found in the Caucasus, Central Asia and throughout India, especially among the upper castes, who represent the descendants of the Bronze Age Indo-European invaders. The combined presence of G2a-L140 across Europe and India is a very strong argument in favour of an Indo-European dispersal. However L140 itself emerged over 11,000 years ago, at the onset of the Pre-Pottery Neolithic is far too old to be Indo-European. It is only certain deeper subclades that would have made their way to the Pontic-Caspian Steppe and been absorbed by the Steppe herders before the Yamna period, and would have been redistributed around Europe and Asia by the Indo-European migrations. We should therefore look for subclades that expanded from the Early Bronze Age and are dispersed from northern Europe to Central and South Asia.
