On the first picture he looks more near eastern buton the second picture he wouldnt be atypical in sone parts of turkey, especially southern and eastern.

Interesting.. He's from the northern part of Syria very close to the Turkish border but they speak mainly Kurdish and Arabic at home I don't know if they're ethnic kurds, kurdified turks, arabs or armenians/assyrians or just a mix of all the ethnicities because I score all of them on GEDmatch

Very true, North Syria is different from other parts everyone lives together and doesn't care about each other's religion or/and ethnicity
