He'd be classified the same as tibi useriu, same phenotype, only that this one looks more balkan shifted, tibi looks western euro and was classified as atlantid with corded tendency or pre-slavic.
So, I classify him as pre-slavic (+ pontid), hypsicranic tendency isn't entirely from dinarid.

I agree he can pass in every balkan country. In america too, in the movie anger management you can see the man with the teddybear looks like him a bit.
