still look different from British natives more woggish or sort of Southern like Balkan folks,Turks or Italians ,exactly like this

No, he is fully. They rarely mix with other Roma groups. They are the proudest Romani group. I know this because I had a football mate who is Gábor Romani. They do not like even being compared/associated with other Romani groups.
