I've seen a few Hungarian women with this pheno, but I'd associate this with more Mediterranean regions, atypical for Central Europe IMHO

I don't see anything Gypsy about her. In my opinion she has Israeli look.

Yes there are similar looks to her, here and there. I can see balkan , continental med, not specifically gipsy looking, but I would not be surprised if she would have some mix in her. Could be jewish too. Ironically her surname could be translated something as "smoky"
