I agree that he looks more West Baltid than the Karelian guy I posted yesterday. But. How can extreme lateral growth make him West Baltid, when metrically jaws, cheeks and heads get narrower towards west?

Yes, that's why I said "he seems Doli/Meso" which means I'm not sure (otherwise I would state it without any doubt), but in 3rd picture he doesn't look Brachy, that's all I can say. Anyway, he is a derivative of CM in highly unreduced manner.
