Is it Yamnaya_Samara, Progress_En?

Also what sample in G25 is EHG and SHG?

Curious. I am trying to estimate the amount of Neolithic admix in some Euro groups like Uralics.

"Steppe" by definition is an almost equal mix of EHG, CHG and a dash of Farmer.

Ah ok. What populations represent EHG in G25? GEO_CHG is CHG right? Are there any other CHG samples in G25?

Also EHG is mix between WHG+ANE and it does not have farmer admix?

Karelia_HG if I'm not mistaken.

Yamnaya from Kalmykia is probably the purest you’ll find. They would have had the least exposure to Neolithic european genes

Nonsense. There were those Shrubnaya and Sintasha outliers which had almost no Farmer ancestry. They were genetically more like EHG, WSHG and Botai. In fact early Finnics were indeed modelled with 20 percent ancestry from those outlier populations and rest Baltic HG.

Irrelevant for Europeans. Steppe ancestry was spread by Yamnaya who are half/half and under 10% Farmer. There was an outlier in Ukraine too who was heavily Farmer.

Result of OLS10, Early Finnic from Estonia

Baltic_EST_IA_0LS10
Baltic_EST_BA 0.826±0.045
RUS_Sintashta_MLBA_o1 0.174±0.045
chisq 12.527
tail prob 0.564048
Full output

So 20% Sintasha outlier

Well obviously to Finnics Steppe ancestry was spread by those outlier populations.

It does not have neolithic admix?

It does not have neolithic admix?

But it’s pure EHG. Steppe weren’t pure EHG.

How about Sidelkino_HG? Is it also pure EHG? Anymore EHG samples besides these two?
