West Med. More common than people think in Germany(I found 4.8% for example in my study, but this includes Alpine-Meds, Dinaro-Meds, etc. although some could've been descendants of immigrants born there that took German surnames or mixes that took the father's surname, but won't move the total number overall most likely).

Mediterraneans are found in Germany since the Roman Empire. It's not very surprising.
