As a group maybe as Lebanese, Syrians. Individually anywhere from Balkans to Pakistan

Are these gypsy Romanians ? I've noticed many don't even seem gypsy looking ( atleast stereotypically) even in real life . They could pass anywhere from southern Italy to Balkan to west Asia .
