I agree with Immanenz that she looks different in each picture, it shows how angle, hairstyle or make-up can change
I would say this woman is dark pigmented Baltid.
I watched many videos(you can't even imagine how many) and such pigmentation is not super rare there(it's still not common)
If she would be lighter she would look a bit like this Lithuanian singer of folk group Kulgrinda
