So, as some of you who follow me when I post the DNA results of me and my family noticed, I am consistently shifted towards Central Europe, as opposed to my parents. Additionally, I also score more East Asian than any of them.
All of my family is tested on MyHeritage and I'm on the old version of 23andme.
I speculated for a long time (https://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?317309-Eurogenes-K13-SNP-Count) that this happens because my test looked at more SNPs than theirs. For example on K13, their results use 70k SNPs and mine 170k, so there's a gap of 100k SNPs that are not tested for them.
To fill those 100k missing SNPs, I found that DNA.LAND is able to deduce them from the data that is already present in the genome. This technique is called imputation (https://dna.land/impute-info).
Long story short, I did that for my family and now their results make more sense.
Gedrosia K3 overestimates the East Asian ancestry in absolute numbers, but it does a good job at comparing relatively against others, since it's got only 3 components.

I also imputed my results, but since my merged data has a ton of SNPs, they don't change much, so I prefer the lighter original.

No idea what's the deal with SSA, probably just Med/West Asian noise, considering that Southeast Europeans seem to score in that range in the spreadsheet.
