Classify and place this Albanian family from Kosovo

The man has a typical Albanian face. I saw a guy from Vlora (south Albania) yesterday who looks like him. The girl looks pan Euro imo. She passes everywhere.

He also looks similar like these 2 guys from North Albania, I also mention there how typical they look and this look is specific to us. I wouldn't guess any of them as anything else.
