Something is off here. There is a gap between not looking Jewish and looking goyish. You need to be a Jew to notice it or to have lived with Jews for over a decade. Plenty of Jews don't look Jewish. It has nothing to do with individual features. There are Jews who look more northern than he does and yet, they don't look goyish, despite that they also don't look Jewish.
