Not every name have a meaning but many have. If yours have and you know which one it is, do you think your first name fits your personality?
( Don't need to mention your name, just say "Yes" or "no" and explain why, if you want).

Yes. It's a powerful archaic royal name, and frankly, I was born a thousand years too late.

No, I prefer the hills and the ocean.

When growing up, I hated it. Whereas today, I realise I am one of few who have a truly English name.

Absolutely it does, especially now that I'm older. Funny thing is most of my close friends/parents/family/girlfriends all use my middle name instead, which I don't feel really suits me.

Mine is very fitting also, it is related to a religious lifelong mission.
Even though i am not very religious right now, i used to be a lot and i am thinking to go back to frequent church again.

Btw it is interesting that of all the ones that commented until now, out of 6, only 1 answered "no".

I would've preferred a Greco-Roman or Germanic derived name, but I've gotten used to my anglicized Hebrew name by now. As for whether it fits my personality, maybe.

Yes, I think mine does. I feel like having some higher sort of purpose ushers in inner peace.

No.

Well, I don't like my name, but perhaps others would think it fits me.

Never thought about it but I like my name. It is of Teutonic origin but it only exists in Portugal and Spain, there's no equivalent in other languages.
