Obama Regime Prepares for Civil Unrest

I am not sure how serious the threat is yet, so I am just listing this preparation in the conspiracy section.

They have targeted so-called Constitutionalist types. The Obama Regime is quietly getting ready. Homeland Security has redirected a lot of FEMA resources. Communication facilities have been upgraded. They're getting ready to suppress what they feel is going to be large-scale civil unrest due to increasing economic deprivation.
