For those of you who have taken any sort of DNA test and received traits with your result, how accurate did your traits turn out to be? I know a multitude of things can impact a person's appearance, but it's still interesting to see what your DNA suggests you are/have versus what you really are/have. Feel free to share your results below.

I took tests from both AncestryDNA and 23andMe, so the traits regarding my physical appearance are listed below, as well as my actual physical traits. I'm only including the results that are featured on both trait reports.

My Physical Traits:
- I don't have a unibrow
- My eye color is a greenish-grayish-bluish (they were blue up until around the age of 12)
- I have attached earlobes
- I don't have a cleft chin.
- I naturally have slightly wavy, thick, dark brown hair (I was born with caramel hair and it started to become darker when I was around 3 years old. If you look at my profile picture, the dark brown hair at the top is my natural hair color).
- Both of my index fingers are longer than my ring fingers.
- Lighter skin with very few freckles, but I am able to tan.

AncestryDNA:
- No unibrow
- Dark eyes
- Attached earlobes
- No cleft chin
- Straight, somewhat thick, light hair
- Index fingers are longer than ring fingers
- Light to medium skin with Freckles

23andMe:
- No unibrow
- Brown or hazel eyes
- Detached earlobes
- No cleft chin
- Straight or wavy, very thick, light hair
- Ring fingers are longer than index fingers
- Light skin with tons of freckles

Nice and interesting results! My ancestry test didn't include genetic traits, but eventually I uploaded my DNA to a couple of independent websites and those proved to be quite accurate for me as well:

DNA.Land
-Eye color: Likely to have brown eyes (True)
-Height: Likely to be average (True)
-Nearsightedness: Average eyesight (My eyesight is okay/good, so this is true I guess)

Genomelink
-Earlobe size: You have a stronger tendency for smaller earlobe size (I think it's average)
-Genetic weight: You have a stronger tendency for lower body weight (True)
-Hearing ability: You have a stronger tendency for having acute hearing ability (My hearing is exceptionally good so this is very true)
-Reading and spelling: You have an intermediate tendency for having acute reading and spelling ability (I think it's average, more or less)

Genetic Heredity Calculator
-Alcohol Flush reaction: Moderate Flushing (true but I started to overcome the feeling just like my father, but I still need self-control lol)
-Earwax Type: Wet ear wax (true)
-Lactose Intolerance: Likely intolerant (true, my father and me as well)
-Eye color: 96% chance to have brown/black eyes (true)
-Hair color: 61% chance to have black hair (true)

YourDNAportal
-Straighter hair: People with your genotype are more likely to have straighter hair (true, my hair is like needles lol)
-Blond Hair: People with your genotype do not carry this variant for blond hair. (true :-/ )
-Red Hair and Anaesthetics: People with your genotype do not have this variant associated with red hair. (true :-/ )
-Freckles: People with your genotype are less likely to have freckles (true, I don't even know family members who have freckles, although it's not so rare among Hungarians)
-Ageing, Telomeres: People with your genotype have longer telomeres. Very Good. Longer telomeres can possibly mean a longer life. Telomeres shorten with ageing, therefore longer telomeres are an advantage. (we'll se how that plays out)
-Centenarians: People with your genotype have a better chance of living to 100 (kinda true?)

I don't want to talk about the rest of my results lol. I'm a WOG basically.
