Yep he kind of does but they have different noses and different skin pigmentation from what I can see at any rate.

Got some guesses for me SB as to what his ethnicity would be or how to classify him?

He looks like a British Isles type, maybe Southern England or the West Country. But he gives a Colonial vibe. Probably not American - Anglo-Americans tend to have admixture from Scots, Ulster Scots & Germans. I'll cancel out Canadian since you referred to him as a Canadian singer but said guess his ethnicity. Could be Australian or New Zealander but why would anyone from those two countries move to Canada? For the weather?:D I'll say South African of British descent. Those people can't be as choosy as to where they can immigrate these days.

I would say Faelid-Atlantid. He definitely gives me a west European vibe, so anywhere from northern Spain, western France, England, Wales and Ireland.

Be truthful now, did you pick his picture because is his music that good, or do you like his dreamy eyes? :D

Well this young man's name is Sam Roberts and he is Canadian, a Quebecker, born to South African parents.

Ĉmeric wins the big fluffy teddy bear in the back row! :D

But yes Birka, to answer your question, the dreamy eyes are just that, absolutely dreamy!! (I'm still a giddy school-girl deep down inside ya know! ;) :D But his music is quite excellent. He's pretty big here in Canada actually. The name of his band is oddly enough The Sam Roberts Band. :)
