it just shows that even in the most western of european countries you will occasionally find natives with a phenotype more commonly found in eastern europe

exactly, even though her phenotype is not extremly common in Easteuro as well, but as you described it- she does give an Eastern vibe.
tbh i though she is one of those Italian Cm/Med mixes

I see what you mean. Her eyes, nostrils, cheekbones etc look very Slavic inspired...
