They look Southeastern Europeans to me.

Guy from left look like a typical siptar. It's not coincidence that he has Armenoid, most of them are Armenoid or have Armenoid influence.

That first guy have common Macedonian look,nothing strange or Albanian.

No he doesn't, i travel to MKD 5 years ago in Kumanovo. I saw mostly white peoples, don't talk nonsense things, that guy is probably Macedonized siptar.

They look like Bulgarians with an Albanian shift. Too Southern to be Romanian...

Macedonians from North look very Serbian because during Yugoslavia most of Serbs are Macedonised, there are evidences like graves with IC, there are still some people with IC in their surnames. South-East Macedonians have Turanid Influence because of Bulgarians. That guy from left is atypical for Macedonian, but typical for siptar look. End of story.
