Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino. Other than as Italian, where in Europe or beyond could he fit? I'll use older pictures because when you tan to the point of looking the color of a tangerine, you can't be properly classified.
I can say I find him odd looking and I wouldn't say his look is common anywhere really.
