I know this seems like a dumb question, but do homogenous ethnic groups actually exist?
I mean supposed ethnic groups like Italians, Germans, or the French aren't exactly homogenous. North Italians are vastly different from south Italians, north Germans are different from south Germans, and northern French are different from southern French. This being said, do they exist genetically?
