Very very very very rare, this guys are stereotypical kurds. And just iraqi turkmens, but if you meant central asian turkmens, then never.

Can pass as Kurd, Lebanese, Syrian, northern Iraqi and maybe some parts of iran.

judged by the pic guy on the right could pass even as Greek, guy left could be Turk as well
