In some rez in USA, Yes, but only in the Northern States. In SW USA, only Navajos seem to have, its not common in Pueblos

Interesting. I think Amerindians with these phenos are rare and more likely to be found mostly in Alaska, Canada and parts of Northern USA where Siberian ancestry is much more prevalent.
