Makes sense but are not KNs supposed to have low vaults? His vault seen to be very high.
I can be wrong but his temporals and malars seen to be flaring, which are also not KN traits:

John D. Rockefeller Sr. had pretty good Uralische cheekbones too. People looked less goblin-like when everyone was not yet being soft killed by these folks.

In theory yes, but i observed that this distinction between high and low vault is not always refleced in reality.
For example, i ve seen very good British Atlantids example with a higher vault, while extremely eastern looking Pontids from Poland/Russia with a low vault, same can be said for Hallstatt/Troender and East Nordid/Corded distinction. The truth is however that on average this distinction is correct- you ll see more low vaulted people in NW Europe and Iberia than in East Europe with no question.
Overall, Op looks Keltic Nordid to me.
