For the first time, there is data on the mtDNA of Balkan Turks!
We prepared it with @Thracian, and possibly will be updated in the future together with the Y-DNA project as we get more samples.

Great Work!
Kaspias, I think you can add mine as well. Tutrakan, FTDNA.
Nice! :o Also it's interesting that there are more Mongoloid mtdna in Balkan Turks than Anatolian Turks

Kaspias, I think you can add mine as well. Tutrakan, FTDNA.
I added to the data file, thank you. It will be present in the next update.
I prepared another chart to compare. Bulgarians:

Also there are informations about y-dna and mtdna of Anatolian Turks too: http://s155239215.onlinehome.us/turkic/60_Genetics/TurkicGenetics.htm
You can compare Balkan Turk mtdnas to Anatolian ones:

I thought I can use Vahaduo functionality on a haplogroup base, and prepared a spreadsheet of some Central Asian populations.

Conclusion:
Ratio of Eastern Eurasian mt-DNA is equal or slightly more than y-DNA.
Both type of haplogroups has from 20% to 30% Turkic origin, probably.
For further, I need to improve SS by adding Anatolian Turks, Romanians, Greeks, and Macedonians and Turkmens.

Bulgarian and Wallachia clusters together as always and I took them as reference for native Balkan. Yet apparently both have a minimal amount of alien input too. It is probably better to check their results and create a pseudo-Balkan component by removing non-Balkan individuals from the average. Also, not only Transylvania and Dobruja but also Moldavia shifts from the Balkan line slightly. Anyway, I will be looking for further references to enrich this PCA, I liked the models.
Medieval Dobruja has almost a same shift ratio as Balkan Turks, but more towards the north.

Transylvania includes Szeklers, so I'm guessing that's where the East Asian lineages come from. But that's a guess.

Could have been related maybe, but these are 8 to 11th century samples.
"Characteristic N9a HVS-I polymorphisms have been identified in three human archaeological remains from the Carpathian Basin (Hungary), initially identified as early Neolithic (then revised as Sarmatian for two of the three samples, and Hungarian Conquest period for the third one) [52 (https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0193578#pone.0193578.ref052), 53 (https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0193578#pone.0193578.ref053)]. Identical HVS-I haplotype was also found in an archaeological specimen (female) from Krasnoyarsk region, Siberia, dated to the Iron Age (100–400 AD) [54 (https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0193578#pone.0193578.ref054)]. The presence of the N9a maternal lineage in the gene pool of medieval representatives from the Southeastern region of the extra Carpathian Basin "(Dobruja) supports the idea of a “westward genetic influence of nomads from eastern Central Asia”"
"The PCA of the 15 medieval populations considered here shows a roughly clustering between the investigated population and the Cumanians from Hungary along the PC1 and PC2 components (34.82% of the variance is displayed) "
