I actually never knew about this one, it's supposedly a new thing. Saw it in a post today (+many other calcs).

My conclusion about it: It's not that bad I must say, it can roughly tell my ancestry, despite the rough accuracy, the West-European ancestry is strongly overestimated in my case. All the other results make sense however.

Yeah, seems to work quite well for you actually. As for myself, anything other than Dodecad and Harappaworld think I am some form of Jewish-Paki mix lol. One gripe about this calc seems to be the rather low reporting of Central/East Asian. As someone who has come to expect 1-2% of it, 0.08 seems fairly low.. I'd assume it is under-reporting yours as well, but other than that its a good calc!

Interesting Oszkar! Personally I don't like Eurogenes K36. My Balkan score is almost the same there, but in reality we all know that 85-90% of my ancestry is from the Balkans. Even my Iberian score is higher, so I find it weird. Also it under-estimates my East Asian ancestry (I get 0.51 Malayan with my most recent data so idk).

Thanks for sharing, I see that it works well for you as well. Splits your ancestry into basically 50% East European and 50% West/Northwest European. Generally most calcs work well enough for me. At least I'm not French here lol, it tells me my real ancestry.

Wait a minute... if this is a Baltic component, then it totally makes sense. I'm around 30% Baltic on most major calculators. So not West European, the name of it is just wrong in my result. Any idea?

But I find the single Oracle's a bit BS for example 59.99% West Euro and 34.95%
East Euro ... how is that going to = Great Britain as closest population.
In reality true Great British folk should be around 80 - 85% West Euro or NW Euro and shouldnt be more than 15 to 20% East Euro ... this calculator is a bit wonky I think.

For me I feel its an ok calculator but not great calculator.

Yes, It's quite realistic :). It probably is combining French and Ukrainian for the other half, but shifted slightly more towards Ukrainian in my opinion, which makes sense because I think all these calcs show that my Ukrainian ancestry is a bit stronger than my French (I think).

And hehe I think almost none of these calcs unscramble me perfectly, which I guess is expected :thumb001::). Thanks for the detailed response :clapping
