It's been 13 weeks and I have not gotten any results from LivingDNA yet.

Did you send them any email asking for it?

MyHeritage and 23andme usually inform you about any step, and they always answer emails.(not inmediatelly but they do it)

i didnīt buy any LivingDna saliva test, i only uploaded muy raw data from MH so I cannot tell you more...
