Didn't guess Austrian but my ... was to denote other places that contain similar looks, namely Southern/Western Germans (incl. Austrians, Swiss), Southern Netherlands and also Northern France. Not Scotland, Wales or Ireland though.

The only thing that's obvious is that he looks Southern Germanic / Celto-Germanic and not North Germanic, whereas you're a bit more North Germanic passing from memory.
