Truth to be told I have seen Northern Mexicans that resemble him, ask Decimator if you don't believe me. So he must have some non Caucasoid admixture, very faint, yes, but still present.

The Georgians in general sems to have more an european look, but this guy looks more Arabic then anything! Ar least from this pic he does.
