I will classify as Corded Nordid, I don't imagine North Pontid with so low CI.

Pontid/ Med,
Some Med types have very low Ci- Gracile Meds or Berberids can have very protruding occiputs too- on the other side some Steppe Med types are rather high headed, this trait is overrated and moderatly common on Nordid types
