North Atlantid and kind of Hallstatt, from central to west Euro. My first guess would be England then France then Germany.

Maybe. The guy you posted yesterday looked more stereotypically German/Germanic. This guy looks more like from British Isles to me.

None. His features are typical Aryan: deep set eyes, brown hair, blue eyes, angular features, long-narrow head and probably tanned pink skin. Remember seeing even an atypical Nuristani looking like him: that's how Aryans looked like, so this guy's face belongs to no specific region.
