The Palestinian Christians who live in the west bank seem to cluster pretty far from Arab Israeli Christians, what's the reason behind it? Maybe arab Israeli Christians have more foreign admixture than the Christians who live in the west bank or something? Is there a genetic difference between the two groups? What do you think

It appears that Christians from Israel are shifted towards Anatolia, maybe Armenian ancestry, anyways even if we mixed Anatolian(Trabzon/Pontus)+ Samaritan(very Levantine) they get modelled around 31-36% of the first and 64-69% of the later but the mix is not that close yet. So it appears they have other ancestries. Maybe Egyptian/Arab and also Greek.

Wow they are even closer to Cypriots and Greek Islanders than Lebanese Christians. Keep in my mind that Palestine had even a greek community long before the greek admix that appears in BAIII, maybe Israeli Christians(they are from North Israel) have(well at least) these two separate Greek ancestries while Lebanese Christians have at least only one and Palestinian Christians are more Southern Shifted because they received Samaritan ancestry

"Christian Arab Israel" and Palestinian Christians are the same thing. The reason for this difference is due to the calculator effect.
