red hair and brown eyes and pale skin is such a unique combination for a swede. At first I thought he was ashkenazi. Where does he fit best?

Doesn't strike me as Scandinavian . He cannot pass in the British isles either . I would place him somewhere in central Europe , possibly even Dutch or Belgian .

He looks Swedish, despite red hair and brown eyes. Yes, he could pass in Centraleuro (like Czech or Austrian but not further- of course North Germany and Netherlands the best fit), but still more typicall there. Despite relative high headness, he has certainly a low Cephalic index because of extremely narrow skull- this makes him way more Swedish than Norwegian and Danish btw.
