View Full Version : What do you think of fiveheads?

What are you feelings about fiveheads (very large foreheads)? Do you think they suit some people or end up making them look like aliens and/or disproportional? I've also noticed fiveheads are most common among Northern Europeans and some North African populations.

I have a fivehead and I hated it most of my life, a few kids even used to tease me about it, but I guess I finally grew into or something because now it doesn't really bother me at all. In fact, I kind of like it.

In Italy it is a very marked facial features, especially in southern males.

I have quite the five head, there has always been a joke on my mothers side of the family (where I get it from) whenever one of us would fall, hit our head, or have an accident of some sort some one will say "thank god you have that stephenson head or else your head would be cracked open!" lol. I recall being teased a few times in my early teen years about it, they would always tease me online, I'm guessing they did so because they feared that I would head butt them if they were to say so in real life haha.

I have actually been told/heard before that having a "5 head" (a large forehead) is viewed in many countries/cultures as being a sign of good breeding, and a sign of intelligence, etc. There is a difference between a "5 head" and a "20 head", what I mean by this of course is some people have large foreheads which aren't too large and compliment their face, while others just look alien or mutated like you described.

I've always liked people with fiveheads. It's certainly more attractive than a threehead...

I'd rather someone have a big forehead than an average sized one. Mine's actually 6 fingers instead of 5 lol (starting at the top of my nose to my hair line)

Malin Akerman has the largest forehead I've ever seen...

I only have 4 fingers but they're quite thick. Anyway I think this is pretty gross as is the girl that had the small forehead:

Something like Natalie Portman would be fine to me.

Yeah, but I got screwed in the genetic lottery with that one. I have a cowlick in the middle of my forehead and extremely fine hair that isn't heavy enough to weigh bangs down

Where I come from, High foreheads are the norm. To the point I never noticed that such thing existed (those girls in the picture look quite normal to me)

My primo-hermano ( dad's sister son)has a very high forehead ,for example, as my dad, aunts and most relatives, including me to a certain extent (not so ginormous as my coz though, he did get some "frontón" jokes here and there :P)

It looks pretty on some and ugly on others. Not meaning to be a fence sitter, but a balance of features can make all the difference.

Looks pretty standard. I mean I guess it couldnt be considered a high forehead, but not verging on fivehead territory or anything

To be completely honest, I never notice such stuff as fiveheads (unless extremely exaggerated) in people. But some girls I've met make a big deal out of it.

Oh and that nignog is clearly lowbrow, just having dragged the hair all the way up in order to not have that typical negro look.

She went from looking like a german to looking like a jew (and notice the makeup).

I think large foreheads can be attractive. I think it shows maturity and gives the face a more regal appearance.

My Oma had the large "forks" in her hairline, she was very fair (I have them too). But she made a living off her looks, so it was not an issue.

^I think the girl on the right is much more attractive. I dislike huge egg-domes. Of course it depends on the rest of the face, none of us can speak for every five-head in the world.:) They can easily look weird, though.

All true Southern Europeans have low hairlines, if they don't they must have Northern European admixture:p:wink:D

I have a fourhead, so I can put four fingers between my eyebrows and my hairline. At the temples the gap is bigger.:(

Having a fourhead is probably the norm. Fiveheads can look good, but depends on the person. Some examples look like having a receding hairline.

if it wasn't for the internet i'd never of heard of the term.

although i think it's a funny term, it took me a while to figure out what it meant because most people called 'fiveheads' looked normal to me. I don't think i've noticed anyone IRL and thought 'oh, FIVEHEAD'

on the other hand people like christina ricci and rihanna are a bit weird looking and I think their forehead decreases their attractiveness (on the other hand, it gave christina her 'unique' look which helped her career?). But they are pretty 'unusual' in that sense. (v. neotenic)

I guess it's just another instance of how some 'regular' trait can have a funny name attached to it and become another thing for people to be concerned about on their appearance for no reason (and thanks to hypermedia we can all be fretting about it all over the world :)). For e.g i'd never heard of the stereotype of 'bad british teeth' but now with the internet I see it more often.

IMO knowing 'anthro' traits is quite a good thing in that I tend to look at people 'oh, big head, borreby trait' or say abos or Pa.Negrid immigrants 'hmm, primitive features, interesting' rather than 'fivehead' 'big nose' 'thin lips' 'jug ears' 'horse face' etc. I think that's more humanising actually. Except for one thing: I still think Weddoids are fugly as shit and revolting :P

...and the 'threeheads' and 'oneheads' posted are gross an' all :P

Osweo

Not bothered, mostly.

I'm a bit of a fivehead myself, though the slope obscures this for most people. who tend to relate me to the threehead grouping.
