It could be that mixing the English reference and the Irish / Welsh / Scottish in just one, and removing these two, the proper component of the British Isles makes the Germanic component better marked.

The G25 German reference may be a little East-shifted - there was a thread here some time ago detailing all of the East German samples left within the regular German sample, not sure if that's true or not though. I know my mom doesn't match the German average as well one would expected.
