I can but I also agree with you the guy in the OP doesn't look specifically Romanian. of course he can pass, as how diverse we get, but I'd guess him as French or a brunet Brit, or even Iberian, at most. he doesn't look very Eastern Euro

True, though I have gotta say he is slightly too 'extreme' to pass as a darker Brit - most people here who look like that are of wholly or partly Jewish or Southern European descent.

I would have guessed Arab, perhaps Iranian even.
His hair, facial shape, eyes, nose and especially mouth, just suggest that to me.

Definitely wouldn't have guessed Romanian. Never met a tall Romanian yet, most seem to be < 5'9", here in London. Likely a class thing, due to differing diets ...

Romanians don't even look "very Eastern Euro", to begin with.

When romanian don't look mediterranean(which happens often) they look central-eastern or just eastern euro. Eastern euro vibe is not uncommon among romanians imo.

When I think "Eastern Euro", I think of Russians or Ukrainians. Neither of these groups resemble Romanians at all.
