Well, judging by pics, he started "cycling" in elementary school. Anyway, my point was that Jeff is naturally small framed guy (small bones/joints) and without roids he wouldn't look much bigger than OP. Still, very stupid decision IMO.

The thing about Jeff Seid and other famous people who do roids is that -unlike you- they have good doctors and advisors who know how to use them effectively without hurting one's health(when to use it, when to stop, when to start it again etc)
