I'am surprise, there aren't any topic about it.
The smell of war is in the air, not only in Lybia and Syria but Turkey enter in the greece territorial water.

How all of this will end?

They're panicking over us signing a deal with Egypt in regards to the EEZ issue of both Egypt and Greece, which dramatically halts any of Durkland's plans in the Eastern half of the Mediterranean.

They're now just waving a ship in our territorial waters, Oruc Reis, in the hope that we refrain from signing this deal with Egypt.

But no, we won't. And if they do anything, we'll sink it. We've had enough. For real, fuck them and their Banana Republic of a land. They need to fuck off once and for good.

Plus, they always act like this. We are prepared for anything, if they do anything...

Dogs that bark don't bite.

Turks are like a barking dog that never bites... if the odds aren't heavily in their favour they won't do anything. Never have - never will. Just chest thumping and behaving like third world afroasiatic trash.

They got their asses handed to them by Kurd militia what are they going to do against a professional army.

Greeks, how many times you will be warned not to take the Frenchies as friends?
They are unreliable, untrustworthy Catholics who would drop you on the first occasion.

French are very opportunistic, belly dancing people. Remember WWII.
They were allied with Britain, but when they saw the German Panzer power and the fall of Paris in matters of days, they betrayed UK and signed not only peace but alliance (cooperation) with Germany instead of pursuing resistance.
Enraged Brits sank French navy docking at Oran, Algeria out of fear French would give their warships to Germans.
Later the Frenchies were so much involved in Axis side that they opened their Vietnam colony to Japan, so that Japan attacks the US, UK and Netherlands (Indonesia).

However, around 1944, when Frenchies saw that Germany would not win the war, they shifted side again. They played the innocent, weak, resisting people to Nazism (though they had sent many French Jews to camps located in Poland, you know for which purpose). They found Charles De Gaulle, an escapee to UK in 1940 (officially considered as traitor by French state) and posed him as the true leader of France in exile, and sucked the British to consider France not as a member of Axis countries.

A people like that would hardly throw herself into fire for Greeks.

Yes, indeed We haven't always been a reliable allies during our history. But the exemple you took are the worst of all... The french navy in north africa has been sink on the order of some frenchs amiral...

If you search a WWII exemple, just talk about how we betray Poland.

Anyway, it has no link with the subject. As far as I know both Greece and France troubles with Turkey are not related to an alliance we have. Just turkish having problems with everybody.

Both are nato members

But Greece is a NATO and EU member and most NATO members are in the EU.

Doesnt sound like Turkey could do anything

Erdogan doesn't bat an eyelid about Greece as long as he's indirectly backed by the current German EU presidency (don't forget Turks are the main client of the German arms industry), NATO (being NATO's biggest asset) and a couple of other international actors.

Sorry but that's incorrect. In 1940 the French Army was completely defeated and any further resistance on metropolitan France would have been hopeless. Some French continued to resist abroad with DeGaulle however.
