Yeah I was watching the news in Spain and appear this video too. Why on earth this policeman decides to just kill him like that. He seemed like he wasn't nervous at all when doing it. We must wait the investigation to see what really happened

If you reach into a car in America when a cop is trying to apprehend you, they will and have the right to shoot you. He could have been reaching for a weapon and those cops want to go home at the end of their shift.
