Someone have tried before? It's a prefessional calculator, that is way better than "our" vahaduo.

Subscribed to this thread. I'm interested in this, btw I just discovered something today, you can create mixed mode oracles with G25 coordinates too (this was new for me). It's not that complicated if anyone needs help feel free to send me a PM.

It is maybe 5% to 10% more accurate than G25 using R etc... but it's extremely nerdy to install and use but not 'traditionally' nerdy enough. I once tried to install it and I had to convert my raw dna into different formats I was able to convert it with PLINK but then it needed more conversion but the conversion method was not documentated well e.g. the tools had no UNIX man pages and I decided to give up because I have better things to do and because poor documentation denotes non-professionalism even though the tool is used by 'professionals'.

i tried it, it's not that complicated (especially if you know how to use plink) but it takes ages to finish one calculation.
i'm not sure what to make of it yet. i need to test it more.

responding to your reputation comment...
i assume you are using windows. in that case, the first step is to install a Linux OS.
i installed Ubuntu on Oracle VM virtualbox. (https://itsfoss.com/install-linux-in-virtualbox/)
this was half of the work for me.
