I posted the photos when I see he more exotic and more light, there are more pictures when he is very dark, but he looks no exotic

Come on, it is easy to see (specially in the 2º photo) that he looks INDIO (from India), and thus he is gypsy or part gypsy. There are many of them in Galicia. Just the name "brais" is only used by low-class or ethnics. First I thought he was canarian because of the name but later I saw he is from Galicia.

To see if he is gypsy it is obvious that his skin tone and features are not European. And the best way to see if it is gypsy is the eyes área which look very Eastern-SouthAsian.

So, he is one of the 1 million of gypsies that we have. There are many gypsies that are even lighter than him. So, he is an obvious non-White.

Although it is not always reliable and it is in all cases but the mother's last name is Maya, which is usually a fairly frequent last name among gypsies. It seems to me that she is half gypsy

And yes, "Spanish" gypsies have typical Spanish surnames, although since they are mostly inbreed, many surnames are repeated so they are typical gypsy. Heredia, Montoya, Maya and others are typical gypsies although the origin is pure Castillian. Even "Heredia" is from the Spanish Nobility in origin.

Not "pretty likely". He is not ethnically Spanish or European. He is a gypsy.

We are the 2º country in the world in absolute number of gypsies right after Turkey (and probably more than Romania): 1 million.

Obviously he is atypical, probably of gypsy descent. But being from Galicia, I wouldn't be surprised if he would be 100% Galician since I know ethnic Galicians with very dark/exotic features even more than him. Galicia is probably one of the parts of Spain where it is most abundant. people like that (even so, I don't think it would be more than 5-10%, I would say)
