Caroline Garcia.
She is playing in the US open right now. She won her second round today. I watched it happen while I was eating diner. It was quite the game. Despite her name, both of her parents seem to be of French origin.

She can easily pass in Spain, but there is something a little different. She has a good face.

Strong face. I think I'd go with Atlantid CM.

It is for this that she looks Spanish.

Explain how she is not Spanish surnaming garcía herself.

I agree. That's what I saw too.

She was born in France. She was born near Paris. Remember, that there is a lot of genetic and historical ties with France and Spain. I have a French surname in my father's side of the family, but that family is Spanish.

Also, it seems that her father may have been born in Oran. If so, then she is half Algerian but with a Spanish surname due to Spanish influence in the area. He's probably either a Spaniard born abroad, or the descendant a Spanish colonist. (hence the name)

It's very hard to find info on this stuff because the French are super politically correct.

Does not matter if the father was born in Oran or in Mars. If her surname is Garcîa she is from Spanish origin.
Oran, you say? Then for sure he is a pied noir. Tons of pied noiir were ethnic Spanish.

Well, that makes sense. He certainly doesn't look typically Algerian. Her mother is definitely French, though. And although she takes after her father, you can see the Fraconization (sp? is it a word? lol) in her face.

There were tens of thousands of Spaniards that went to live to France in the 60-70s. Although many more italians and portuguese went there. Some important french of Spanish origin was the ex-PM Manuel Valls or the major of Paris, whatever her name is.

Atlanto-Mediterranid. I find her too robust to be Gracile Med.
