In a way it does, especially by Metal Age Invaders.
But generally it seems that the HG used to have lighter coulours especially talking about eyes and hair.
Probably not all of them but an important %.
Neolithic farmers in the other way used to have light skin but dark eyes and hair.

i just gave my opinion to Chris on why he gets diffferent results here compared to FTDNA.
imo, the North-East-European component in MDLP World-22 is actually the best approximation of steppe ancestry.
