It's rather interesting, I wonder is this diet suitable for diabetics? I read a lot of reviews of the keto diet but all of them are different. I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2 not so long ago so I look for the best options to improve my wellness. I buy rybelsus (https://www.canadapharmacy.com/products/rybelsus) to keep my blood sugar levels under control, is it good medicine?

Actually it is good for insulin-glucagon cycle. But you have to be really CAREFUL because it is RISKY for Diabetics. You may have KETOACIDOSIZ which is letal for you.

Through the keto diet, specifically eating 20-25g carbs daily, has helped naturally lowered my blood sugar. It works, and it’s not hard to do. It take a bit to shift your mindset to it, but it’s worth it.

Currently, I’ve raised my carb intake to deal with terrible stomach acid. Without more carbs, I tend to throw up. To make up for this, I calorie count. I’m unfortunately not steady, as my calorie intake varies between 600 - 1300 calories daily, depending on if I feel like eating. I’ve been eating unsweetened applesauce a lot lately because it’s gentle for my tummy.
