This type is not common in Nepal? Or maybe his pigmentation? I'm not sure, I'm just asking you my friend.

His type isn’t uncommon. I think it’s Pamirid influence that’s confusing you. I would say Mountain Indid with significant Pamirid influence.

To be honest, his type is actually neither common nor rare here. Nothing special about his pigmentation too. I was only wondering if he could be classified as Indo-Nordid?? What do you think?
