For some reason, I think he has a pseudo "British" look on some picture (I'm talking mostly about the features, not the pigmentation).
He could also be French and not even only from the south. He reminds me of a French Youtuber (totally French).

He has a family resemblance to his brother, except that he has dark hair (really dark brown, not chesnut) and dark brown eyes.

But in features, i see similarities.

Indeed the first picture shows how much pigmentation can change our perception. Nobody would say his brother is exotic for Norway.

On most pictures above he does not give me a British vibe, except of this picture next to his brother where he indeed looks like a Scottish footballer.
