I think completely the opposite. Most Russians with such looks have foreign admixture. The common Russian type is reduced.

of course she can pass there but a "Centraleuro-Cm" should pass also equally well in Swiss /Austria / France for example. In Coons scheme she would be Batic.

she is one of those good preserved Volga Tatars (R1a, I know -ydna), darker pigmented are mixed

You go with ''central'' by a north-south division, I go by the common political west-east one. I don't find her French looking although I have seen some rather more Eastern shifted types among the latter.
